Recovering Microsoft 365 Backups via Daisy Cloud Backup

Log into your Acronis account at https://eu-cloud.acronis.com.

Expand Devices then click on Microsoft 365.

To restore a mailbox or OneDrive go to All Users and select the user whose mailbox you want to recover. For other backup types, use the relevant section: SharePoint for site collections or Teams to restore Teams data.

Click Recovery.

To restore OneDrive/Microsoft 365 mailboxes click the dropdown under Filter by content and select the appropriate options then click Recover.

Ensure the right user is selected to recover, in this example we would use mailbox recovery. Then click on Start Recovery.

Select the component you wish to recover:

  • Teams

  • Mailbox

  • SharePoint

  • OneDrive

Here’s an example of how to recover specific emails. First, select Email messages.

Then click Proceed.

Select the email you’d like to restore then click Recover. Or you can send the chosen email to any email address by clicking Send as email.
