To delete a free Webex account, first log in at https://user.webex.com/webappng/hub/welcome.
Once you have logged in, click Profile in the left hand menu.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Delete my account.
Click Delete my account on the pop up to confirm the deletion.
