Your Yealink T34W handset will arrive with the below contents:

Connect the handset cord to the handset. Plug the other end of the cord into the port at the back of the console labelled "Handset".

For a wired connection, connect the Ethernet cable into the LAN Port, and plug the power cable into the plug socket.

Once connected, your phone will power up automatically (via PoE or power adaptor). Wait for Yealink logo to appear. The screen will then book to the home screen.

For Wi-Fi connections, go to Menu, then Settings, and then Basic Settings. Then go to Wi-Fi, and select Turn on Wi-Fi. Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the Wi-Fi password. The phone should connect automatically, and the Wi-Fi icon will appear on the screen.

If your phone loses power, please check the power is switched on and connected. Check the PoE switch or power adapter.

When you lose a Network connection, please test your fixed or Wi-Fi connection, and test whether all wires are connected.

When picking up the receiver and there is No Audio, please check volume levels or headset connections.
