Quick start guide
Set Up
To connect your handset, plug in the Ethernet cable from the base station to your internet router or network switch. Then plug in the power adaptor. Once the base LED turns solid, the base is powered and connected.
💡If your network supports Power Over Ethernet (PoE), the power adaptor is not needed.
Insert the battery into the handset and close the cover. Place the handset onto the charging cradle for at least 30 minutes for the initial charge. Turn on the handset by holding the red End Call key until the screen lights up.
Register the handset to the base by holding the Paging/Registration button until the LED flashes. On the handset, go to Menu, then Settings, and then Registration. Then select Register Handset. Select the base (e.g. Base 1) and enter the default PIN 0000. Once registered, the handset will show the base name and signal bars.
